SSI payment dates 2027
SSI is paid on the 1st of each month. When the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, it's paid the business day before.
Months with two payments, or none
- April: two payments, on Apr 1 and Apr 30
- July: two payments, on Jul 1 and Jul 30
- December: two payments, on Dec 1 and Dec 31
- January: no payment (it arrived at the end of December)
- May: no payment (it arrived at the end of April)
- August: no payment (it arrived at the end of July)
The total for the year doesn't change. An early payment is next month's money, so budget it for next month.
